Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

• Full payment is required at the time of placing an order.
• In the rare event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.
• We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information entered during checkout.

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days. Express options may be available at checkout.
• Free shipping is available on orders above a specified minimum — shown at checkout.
• Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email.
• Bea-tysop is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

• Damaged or incorrect items — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
• Change of mind — we accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Opened products — due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Refunds — once we receive and verify the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
